Tax revaluation is coming in 2019. If you are concerned about this, please join us for the next Amity Gardens neighborhood meeting on TUESDAY, September 11th at 7:00 p.m. We will have a Mecklenburg Tax Assessor as our guest for a presentation and Q&A time.

This will also be our annual neighborhood board election. Per our by-laws you will need to pay the $10 (per household) dues in order to vote. The $10 helps us host events through out the year. Many times our board members spend their own money to make sure we have what we need for the numerous events we host every year. Every $10 is a huge help and it is tax deductible. 😊
