Meet and Greet for Oakhurst Principal – Dr.Tisha Green

Good evening,
I just came back from the meeting and I’m excited about the Steam Program! Here are just a few highlights that I thought were great.

Steam Program is project based learning, will have life science lab, cooperative work stations and personal devices. At this time not every student will have their own device depends on funding.

However, K-2 iPad and 3-5 Chromebook. For the engineering component Dr.Green wants productions, lighting and plays.

This was just a few items that really impressed me.

Move in date mid to late August. Possible open house but may not happen till school starts.
